Hunters Journey

what is “Hunters Journey”

Hunters Journey is a project that I started when I was nine years old. I started it by accident. my best friend and I played a game named wolf quest. the essence of the game was that you played a wolf together with someone else and you had to raise your pups and bring them from one spot on the map to the other. we had been reading a lot of books such as warrior cats and we decided to name our wolves the characters we so loved and adored. after a few weeks of playing we decided to make our own characters and that is when Hunter came into the picture. He was a big black wolf who was strong but slow. since then we kept using these characters and soon we had the idea to draw our characters. we started playing with other people too and soon Hunter went from just being the black wolf I used in a game to a character that got a lot more background information and a lot more personality. I was only nine but this made me really get into art and before I knew it we were 3 years later as I was going into high school. there was an art program and for the first 2 years i ignored it but when I joined I met a bunch of people who had passions just like me and who helped me learn more about art in general. and so another character was born. over the years the story kept growing and I realised the characters were based on people I met. now we are here. I’m studying graphic design but Hunter is still part of my art journey and he has helped me through so much that I now like to share the progress of this story.
